摘要
Sirt1是在哺乳动物中发现的与酵母沉默信息调节因子2(Ser2)同源性最高,具有NAD+依赖的蛋白去乙酰化酶活性的多功能调节因子,与基因转录、细胞衰老、能量代谢等过程的调节相关。骨质疏松症是以骨量减少、骨微细结构破坏为特征的慢性疾病,易出现骨折风险。越来越多的研究发现Sirt1与骨质疏松症的发生、发展存在密切关系,有望成为防治骨质疏松症药物的主要作用靶点。
