颠覆式追赶窗口的识别逻辑与响应范式

摘要：

作为一种新的机会窗口形态,颠覆式追赶窗口蕴涵着丰富的技术变革时代特征,具有独特的动态演化逻辑。在"后追赶"情景下,如何准确识别和科学响应该类窗口,已经成为技术追赶研究领域的前沿问题。为此,从颠覆式追赶窗口的概念界定出发,围绕技术、制度和市场等不同维度阐述其内在结构,然后基于宏观技术经济周期和微观追赶主体两个视角,尝试构建窗口的双重识别逻辑框架,并指出其技术支撑体系的重塑方向。在此基础上,根据"无响应即无机会"的理论判断逻辑,按照窗口响应政策设计的情景适应性和战略预判性准则,探索提出以创造与催发机会窗口为导向的"主动响应范式"。
