多巴胺受体激动剂在帕金森病治疗中尤其是在早期治疗中的地位成为近年帕金森病治疗领域的热点问题。多巴胺受体激动剂能作为起始首选用药吗?多巴胺受体激动剂能改善患者的自然病程吗?多巴胺受体激动剂有神经保护作用吗?在何时何种情况下可选用多巴胺受体激动剂?本文将从循证医学的角度阐述多巴胺受体激动剂治疗的利弊,为临床决策提供依据。
