摘要
随着基因组时代到来,涌现出海量基因数据,仅依靠传统过量表达、RNA干扰(RNAi)等手段难以满足大量基因功能分析的需求。依赖于微生物的CRISPR/Cas系统依靠其操作简便、基因编辑效率高、适用范围广的特点,迅速成为研究植物、动物、微生物基因功能的重要手段。本文主要介绍了CRISPR/Cas系统的产生、发展和作用机理,并重点介绍了CRISPR/Cas9在植物基因功能研究方面的应用,从而为该系统的进一步优化和多元化应用提供参考。
