摘要
通过引入"使用者满意度"量表,研究了我国企业的ERP业务流程绩效。研究结果表明:目前无论国企、私企、外企,还是制造性企业和服务性企业,ERP实施均取得了较好的业务流程绩效;但该绩效还仅局限于操作层面的事务处理,没有对中高层管理者的计划和战略性决策提供支持;这也导致ERP实施可提升我国企业营运效率但难以提高其盈利能力;未来的ERP实施应使中高层管理者真正按照ERP思想进行计划和决策,同时努力提高决策时所需数据的准确性、及时性和格式可读性。
