社会转型背景下美国教育政策执行研究的变迁和转向

摘要
文章通过概述近半个世纪以来美国教育政策执行研究的发展状况,立足于当前日渐复杂的教育政策实践背景,重点介绍米瑞迪斯·霍宁(Meredith Honig)等人对政策实施中的"情境性"所作的分析和研究。他们从"直面复杂性"的研究立场出发,指出了教育政策执行研究的新方向,并提出了可供我们参考的框架。最后,文章讨论了以上理论对我国教育政策实施研究的启示。
