薪酬差距与企业绩效的倒U型关系研究——理论模型与实证探索

摘要
本文聚焦于存在"破坏"行为的竞赛理论研究,探讨了竞赛模型架构中加入"破坏"行为对薪酬差距与企业绩效的关系影响。理论分析结果表明,薪酬差距与企业表现间或存在倒U型关系,此结论亦在随后使用中国上市公司资料所进行的实证研究中得到证明。该结果意味着过大薪资差距带来企业绩效下降的现象已存在于中国某些上市公司,此时根据企业员工中"破坏"行为的实际情况进行薪酬结构调整显得日益重要。
