新员工反馈寻求行为对其创新行为的影响研究

摘要
以员工创新效能视角,探索新入职员工反馈寻求行为对其创新行为的作用机制,运用有调节的中介分析领导者创新活动对上述环节的影响。研究结果表明新员工问询式和观察式反馈对员工创新效能以及创造力发挥产生积极影响;其中创新效能部分中介问询式反馈对创新行为的影响,完全中介观察式反馈对创新行为的作用;领导创新行为显著调节这一过程,相对问询式的反馈,领导创新行为会更多的激发新员工观察式的反馈,进而影响新员工创新行为过程。
