摘要：

在1992-2011年间我国区域内的差距是扩大的,而区域间的差距是缩小的,但我国区域发展总体差距处于收敛的趋势。我国区域经济发展差距受技术效率的影响最大,其次是政府干预的制度环境,然后是资本投入,而人力资本的影响又超过了物质资本。文章基于要素投入、要素配置和要素使用的系统框架从整体上分析我国区域经济发展差距是对现有研究的有益补充。
