肌少症的现况调查及发病机制研究进展

摘要
肌少症是以骨骼肌质量减少及其功能减退为主要特点的复杂综合征。目前国际上关于肌少症的诊断标准各异,根据不同诊断标准统计肌少症的患病率存在较大差异。肌少症是与增龄密切相关的多种因素综合作用的结果。目前对肌少症的研究还处于初期探索阶段,其发病原因仍不十分清楚,本文就目前肌少症的现况调查及发病机制作一综述。
