羌活化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘要
羌活Notopterygium incisum为伞形科羌活属植物,广泛分布于我国陕西、四川、甘肃、青海、西藏等地区。本文归纳了从羌活中分离得到的近300种挥发油及萜类、43种香豆素类、24种糖及糖苷类、47种有机酸及酚类、20种多炔类等成分。现代药理研究表明,羌活具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗心律失常、抗菌、抗癌细胞增殖等作用。本文综述了羌活化学成分及药理活性的研究进展,以期为其药效物质基础、作用机制研究及开发利用提供理论依据。
