<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)在成人中的患病率可达20%到30%,已成为慢性肝病最常见的形式之一。NAFLD是一组病理状态的集合,包括单纯性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)和肝硬化。近年来,越来越多的研究聚焦于肠道微生态在NAFLD的发生发展过程中所起的重要作用。本文就肠道微生态与NAFLD的关系作一综述。人体胃肠道定植了约100万亿共生的微生物,比人体细胞计数多出10倍[1]。肠道菌群包括超过1 000种细菌,其中以拟
