摘要：

经颅磁刺激(TMS)是一种非侵入性无痛性的神经系统检测和治疗技术。通过TMS可以检测运动诱发电位(MEP)、中枢运动传导时间(CMCT)、皮质静息期、运动皮质兴奋性等,对中枢神经系统疾病的诊断、评价和监测有重要意义,可提供疾病病理生理机制方面的重要信息。重复TMS具有的调节病变区皮质兴奋性等复杂机制,使其在抑郁症、帕金森病、癫痫、脊髓损伤、卒中等疾病的实验性和应用性治疗研究方面具有的巨大潜在价值,并逐渐被应用于临床神经学、神经康复学和精神心理学领域。
