摘要：

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是一种常见的多因素参与的肝脏疾病,其发病率在全球逐渐上升。近年来发现肠道菌群参与了NAFLD的发生发展,从肠道菌群的影响因素、肠道菌群及其代谢产物在NAFLD发生发展中的作用等方面,综述了肠道菌群与NAFLD的关系,指出针对肠道菌群及其代谢产物的干预策略可能是预防和治疗NAFLD的新靶点。
