<正>随着社会的进步人们的生活水平不断提高,心血管疾病的发病率也随着逐年增加,其发病率和死亡率已超过其他疾病而居第一位,成为中国人口死亡的首位原因[1]。心血管疾病是一系列涉及循环系统的疾病,其中包括高血压、冠心病、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等,以上这些疾病都有着相似的病因与发病机制。随着基因组学技术的进步和发展,寻找相关基因以指导临床个体化治疗已成为临床研究和发展的趋势。目前已知肾素-血管紧张素(RAS)系统在
