创业承诺能促进连续创业意愿吗?

摘要：

创业活动的失败率极高,如何促进连续创业已经成为政府和学者共同关注的话题。基于以往研究,本研究构建了一个被调节的中介效应模型,以探究创业失败情境下创业者创业承诺影响其连续创业意愿的中介机制以及边界条件。研究结果表明:(1)创业承诺影响创业者连续创业意愿;(2)创业机会识别在创业承诺与连续创业意愿之间起到中介作用;(3)环境宽松性不仅调节了创业机会识别与连续创业意愿的关系,还调节了创业承诺通过创业机会识别影响连续创业意愿的间接关系,即当创业环境越宽松时,创业机会识别在创业承诺与连续创业意愿之间的中介作用越强。以上结果不仅丰富了创业承诺的理论研究,而且对我国创业实践具有启发意义。
