摘要：

银屑病是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,临床上以鳞屑性红斑、斑丘疹为特征。代谢综合征(MS)是以中心性肥胖为核心,并发高血糖、高血压和脂代谢紊乱等多种代谢异常的病理状态。目前认为,银屑病不是一种单一的皮肤病,而是与多个系统性疾病相关联的疾病,许多临床和流行病学观察研究亦证实此观点。现对银屑病与代谢综合征的关系以及诱发因素进行综述。
