肺癌患者血中癌细胞角蛋白20的检测

摘要：

目的　以逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)检测外周血肺癌细胞 ,以监测其血路转移情况。方法　应用RT PCR方法检测 2 5例肺癌手术患者和 3 5例肺癌化疗前患者外周血中细胞角蛋白2 0 (CK2 0 ) ,并以肺癌组织和非肿瘤患者外周血为对照。结果　非肿瘤患者外周血中基本上无CK2 0检出 ,肺癌手术时肺动脉血中CK2 0检出明显升高 ,阳性率达 5 4 % ( 13 / 2 5 )。晚期肺癌患者CK2 0表达亦较高 ,阳性率达 4 0 % ( 10 / 2 5 )。结论　CK2 0可能作为肿瘤标志物 ,检测外周血中的肺癌细胞及用于预测肿瘤转移复发。
