摘要：

血管性认知损害是近年来神经病学领域的研究热点。蒙特利尔认知评估量表是针对轻度认知损害的一种快速筛查工具, 目前已被广泛应用于血管性认知损害的评价。文章对该量表的内容、特点、应用现状及其发展前景等进行了综述。
