摘要：

抗癌中药的使用已成为中医肿瘤临床重要的治疗手段,不同抗癌中药配伍可能具有协同或拮抗作用,开展抗癌中药配伍研究具有重要意义。当前抗癌中药配伍研究主要集中在下述几个方面:传统中医药理论指导下的配伍研究,中药药理研究为基础的配伍研究,经验方为基础的拆方配伍研究,以及中西药联用的抗癌配伍研究等。积极探索抗癌中药的配伍规律,可为中药抗癌临床疗效的提高提供新思路。
