清胰汤经空肠营养管给药治疗内镜逆行胰胆管造影术后胰腺炎的临床研究

摘要：

目的:注射性胰腺炎是内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)术后常见并发症,本研究观察经空肠营养管注入中药清胰汤治疗ERCP术后胰腺炎(PEP)的临床疗效。方法:我院行ERCP治疗患者,其中66例出现PEP,随机分为A组(22例)采用常规治疗;B组(22例)在A组基础上胃管内注入清胰汤治疗;C组(22例)在A组治疗基础上空肠营养管内注入清胰汤治疗。比较3组患者治疗有效率,临床症状缓解情况、实验室检查、CT胰腺恢复时间、ERCP术后平均住院日等方面。结果:A组与B组在疗效比较无明显差异(P>0.05),C组患者治疗有效率及症状缓解、实验室指标恢复、平均住院日等情况均优于A、B两组(P<0.05)。结论:经空肠营养管注入清胰汤治疗ERCP术后胰腺炎效果显著。
