他汀类药物对动脉粥样硬化抗炎作用机制的新进展

摘要
动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性炎症性疾病,他汀类药物的多效作用包括抗炎作用,其对动脉粥样硬化的抗炎作用机制包括减少和抑制黏附分子及其功能、阻断CD40-CD40L相互之间的作用及新近发现的抑制Toll样受体的形成、下调转录因子的信号传导等多种机制。
