摘要：

目的探讨在颈椎前路手术术前行颈椎三维CT扫描血管造影(CTA)检查的临床意义。方法对30例需要行颈椎病前路手术的患者术前行颈椎CTA检查。结果发现椎动脉入孔异常5例,钩椎关节增生压迫椎动脉1例,一侧椎动脉闭塞1例,椎间盘骨化7例。结论颈椎前路手术术前CTA检查可以了解椎动脉和颈椎骨性结构的毗邻关系,指导制定手术方案,减少椎动脉损伤,为术中手术减除骨性增生压迫提供参考。
