<正>抗苗勒管激素(Anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)是一种二聚体糖蛋白。人类AMH基因位于19号染色体短臂,含有5个外显子,编码560个氨基酸的蛋白前体,经水解释放的12kb羧基末端二聚体才具有促进苗勒管退化生物活性并能抑制某些肿瘤的生长与分化。AMH与抑制素(Inhib-
