管理咨询项目知识共享形成机制探究

摘要
管理咨询作为知识密集型行业,知识资源已经成为其核心竞争力。本研究分析了管理咨询项目中依赖和信任关系对项目知识共享的作用,并基于关系维持理论,进一步确定信任和依赖形成的驱动变量包括项目环境复杂性、合作伙伴的专业知识、相似的项目价值观以及沟通频率,提出了研究概念模型和相应命题,为促进管理咨询项目知识共享提供方向和指导。
