摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一类病程迁延、反复发作、并发症多的慢性非特异性疾病,并且随着病程的发展,其并发症及癌变率逐渐上升,严重威胁患者的身心健康。而干细胞的再生、多向分化、免疫等特性使其在治疗溃疡性结肠炎方面成为研究热点之一,本文就常用造血干细胞及间充质干细胞在UC中的治疗,及可能的作用机制进行回顾性概述。
