企业技术管理在技术创新中的角色——基于浙江省企业的研究

摘要：

任何一个企业都需要技术能力的提高来增加产品或工艺的先进性,同时企业也需要通过技术管理来提高技术的有效性和可竞争性。我们构建出技术战略、技术管理促进技术发展的基本模型,大致由四部分组成:技术战略、技术能力、技术管理和技术创新。本文通过对浙江省200家企业的调研,分析和验证这一模型。结果显示,技术能力和技术管理均对技术创新有重要的、积极的影响,而技术战略对技术创新竟然没有直接的影响,最后指出此结论对企业管理的借鉴意义及进一步研究的方向。
