摘要：

紫外线是治疗皮肤病的重要手段,其中窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)对某些皮肤病有独特的疗效,目前已逐渐应用于临床治疗银屑病、白癜风、特应性皮炎、蕈样肉芽肿、瘙痒症及其他难治性皮肤病。该文介绍了窄谱中波紫外线的生物学效应和在皮肤科的应用进展,并综述了以上各种不同病因皮肤病的治疗机制及窄谱中波紫外线。
