摘要
毒死蜱是目前世界上生产和销售量最大的有机磷杀虫剂之一,广泛应用于农作物病虫害和家庭卫生害虫防治之中,其对环境中生物的毒性尤其是对人类健康的影响一直是毒理学研究热点。本综述就毒死蜱的最主要毒性——神经毒性及其毒性作用机制的研究进展作一详细报道。
