氮掺杂褶皱石墨烯的自下而上制备及其氧气还原反应研究(英文)

本文首次报道了自下而上液相合成褶皱石墨烯,所使用的制备方法为:卤化高分子聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)在崎岖的强碱CaC2表面进行脱官能团碳化.因PVDF的官能团脱除需要CaC2的存在,导致二者的界面反应深度受限,故经由CaC2脱官能团并模板得到的褶皱薄层碳材料的厚度非常小,继续高温焙烧可将薄层碳转化为寡层(3~6层)石墨烯,通过BET测试分析所得到的褶皱石墨烯(CrG)在900°C下焙烧具有高达324.8 m2 g-1的比表面积.经过N掺杂修饰的CrG应用于电化学催化氧气还原反应(ORR),发现其具有和商用铂碳催化剂(20 wt.%Pt/C)相当的起峰电位和半波电位,且具有更为优秀的促进载荷物质在其孔道内的输运行为.更为有趣的是:通过增加催化剂的负载量,N掺杂的CrG表现出极限电流的稳定增加,而Pt催化剂无此行为,这种特性可潜在提供给整装器件更高密度的比能量.
