摘要：

<正>溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）是一种由遗传背景和环境因素相互作用而产生的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病[1]。祖国医学无"溃疡性结肠炎"病名,根据其临床症状,可将其归属于"痢疾""泄泻""肠澼""久痢""便血"等范畴。目前,国内对UC的治疗主要采用的是以西药为主、中药为辅的治疗模式。中医药在治疗UC方面表现出独特优势,并且具有灵活多样、毒副作用较小等优点,临床上易被患者接受。越来越多的临床研究证实,中西医结合疗法中的中药能不同程度地提高西药治疗效果,从而为UC治疗提供更多元化的选择方案。本文就目前国内常用的西医、
