摘要：

总结146例脑死亡器官捐献心脏移植术在供心获取、心脏移植手术期管理经验。供心获取前做好人员和物品准备,组织协调,切取术中快速精准的配合,供心及时有效保存转运,可缩短供心缺血时间,保证供心质量。心脏移植术中严密的病情观察,可预见的风险防范,保证手术顺利完成,减少了术后并发症。
