骨关节炎微小RNA的研究进展

摘要
<正> 人口众多且老龄化日趋严重的中国,骨关节炎(OA)已成为社会和医疗的沉重负担。流行病学调查提示中国60岁以上骨关节炎发病率约为46.6%,临床患病率约为15.4%。OA常造成疼痛、肌力下降和关节活动度受限,疾病进展可导致永久性关节畸形而导致残废。微小RNA(miRNAs)是新近发现的调控人胚胎发育等重要功能的基因,是当前生物学研究的热点之一,越来越多的资料显示microRNAs在OA中具有关键的调控作用,对其进一步的了解可利于OA研究的深入开展。现就骨关节炎中microRNAs的研究现状进行综述。
