非小细胞肺癌免疫治疗的临床研究进展

摘要：

全球癌症中肺癌病死率第一。其中,非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)因治疗手段有限,5年生存率低。近年来,随着对免疫系统的逐渐认识,免疫治疗成为肿瘤治疗的一种新手段。免疫治疗中的肿瘤疫苗及免疫节点抑制剂在NSCLC当中有许多临床研究新近被报道。这些研究进展对于指导NSCLC的临床治疗具有重要意义,如免疫节点抑制剂Nivolumab、Pembrolizumab已被美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准用于NSCLC的治疗。本文阐述新近的免疫治疗在NSCLC中的进展。
