农业补贴政策效率及其影响因素研究——基于河南省360户农户调研数据的实证分析

摘要：

本文在对现行农业补贴政策效率及其影响因素分析的基础上,运用DEA+Tobit模型和河南省粮食重点生产县农户层次的实地调研数据进行验证。分析表明,农业补贴政策存在较高比例的DEA无效;农业补贴次数、亩均农业补贴水平、农业补贴类型与补贴次数、农资价格上涨、农户对目前农业补贴计算方式的评价等因素对农业补贴政策效率具有显著影响。
