摘要：

近年来,我国乳腺癌发病率呈明显上升的趋势。当前的治疗是以外科切除为主的综合治疗,对于乳腺癌术后的多种并发症,如乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿、上肢功能障碍等,均需要妥善的治疗以保证良好的康复效果。然而,鉴于乳腺癌对患者生理和心理产生的严重影响,心理康复、通过评估患者生活质量来指导临床工作越发重要。本文从乳腺癌上肢淋巴水肿、上肢功能障碍、心理康复及术后生活质量评估方面进行综述,为探讨乳腺癌术后康复提供依据。
