摘要：

情绪感染一直以来吸引着众多研究者的兴趣,随着团队合作的日益重要,情绪感染越来越受到重视。对国内外有关情绪感染的文献进行了整理,论述了情绪感染的定义、情绪感染的测量以及情绪感染的影响因素等相关内容,并对以往的研究进行评价,对未来的研究进行了展望。
