活化的小胶质细胞在脑出血后的作用

摘要
小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统的固有免疫细胞,在正常情况下发挥维持内环境稳定的作用。脑出血后血肿成分可以激活小胶质细胞,吞噬血肿并释放炎症因子如TNF-α、IL-1β等,在脑出血后的继发损伤中发挥保护和损伤的双重作用。现就脑出血后小胶质细胞的活化及其作用做一简要综述,以期为脑出血的治疗和预后的改善提供新的思路。
