技术不确定环境下联盟关系对创新绩效的影响研究

摘要：

随着科技的发展和竞争的加剧,创新成为企业重要的增值活动,但是由于资源和能力的限制,越来越多的企业趋向于与其他企业或组织联盟来提高自身的绩效,而合作关系对合作绩效产生重要影响。通过对现有文献的梳理,将联盟关系划分为关系强度与关系质量两个维度,并进一步考虑到外部环境的不确定性,引入技术环境不确定性作为调节变量,探讨复杂环境下联盟关系对绩效的影响。在此基础上建立联盟关系、创新绩效及技术环境不确定性三者之间的理论模型并提出相关假设,通过问卷调查收集数据进行分析完成实证检验。研究结果显示:联盟关系强度对企业创新绩效有倒U型影响,联盟关系质量对企业创新绩效有正向影响,技术环境不确定性负向调节联盟关系对创新绩效的影响。
