脑肠肽与肠易激综合征相关性研究进展

摘要：

肠易激综合征的发病机制目前尚未完全阐明。胃肠动力异常和内脏高敏性是其主要的病理生理学基础。脑肠肽的异常表达可通过影响内脏感觉、分泌和运动,导致肠易激综合征发生。本文从5-羟色胺、促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子、血管活性肠肽、P物质、生长抑素等脑肠肽入手,探讨脑肠肽与肠易激综合征的相关性,为明确肠易激综合征的发病机制提供参考依据。
