摘要：

<正>瘢痕是各种皮肤损伤所引起的正常皮肤组织外观形态和组织病理学改变的统称,是人体创伤修复过程中必然的产物。伤口愈合过程中,各种原因导致的胶原的合成代谢与降解代谢之间的平衡被破坏即可形成病理性瘢痕。瘢痕从外观和机体功能方面均可给患者带来心理和生理上的痛苦,严重者甚至影响患者自信心,使其产生自卑心理。因此,无论在烧创伤科、整形科还是皮肤科,瘢痕都是临床上高度关注的焦点。
