饵料对蚯蚓粪细菌群落结构多样性的影响

摘要
以牛粪、猪粪和污泥等有机废弃物作为蚯蚓饵料,利用细菌16SrDNAV3区特异扩增及变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)技术,比较了不同饵料及饵料改变对蚯蚓粪细菌群落结构多样性的影响。结果表明:(1)与所取食的饵料相比,蚯蚓粪细菌群落结构多样性均有不同程度的下降,蚯蚓粪与对应饵料之间细菌群落结构相似性范围为15.3%~37.7%;(2)来自不同饵料的蚯蚓粪细菌群落结构相似性范围为17.2%~39.1%,其中以牛粪和猪粪为饵料时,蚯蚓粪细菌群落结构相似性最高,与对应的饵料细菌群落结构相似性相比,提高了近1倍;(3)当饵料由猪粪改为牛粪后,随着时间延长,蚯蚓粪细菌群落结构多样性逐渐下降并趋于稳定,并且蚯蚓粪与饵料牛粪的细菌群落结构相似性由0d的33.2%逐渐下降到21d的14.8%并趋于稳定。由此可知,饵料的种类及转换可以影响蚯蚓粪细菌群落结构多样性。
