逆文化冲击下的文化再适应——试论逆文化冲击对海外归国高校教师的影响

摘要：

近年来随着中国经济的高速发展,越来越多的海外留学者选择回国就业。在接受了外国教育与异域文化的熏陶后,不少人回国之初会经历一个对本国母文化的"再适应"过程。这个过程中个体所遭遇的心理和生理上的不适即是学者们所称的"逆向文化冲击"。本文从跨文化交际的角度试分析海外留学高校教师归国后,在文化"再适应"过程中可能遇到的问题和困难,并提出相对的方法帮助他们能更好地适应回国后的生活,借此希望引起各方对这一群体的归国后文化适应的重视。
