<正>帕金森病是常见的神经系统疾病,我国≥65岁人群中患病率约为1.7%[1]。以往认为,帕金森病的病理生理改变主要在于黑质多巴胺神经元的缺失,进而引起皮质基底节环路功能异常,导致运动障碍的发生。静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌强直和姿势步态异常为帕金森病的主要运动症状。但近年来,帕金森病非运动症状得到了更为广泛和深入的认识,病理生理研究发现,帕金森病病理改变可累及周围神经系统
