舆论反转中群体极化效应的影响因素研究

摘要
[目的/意义]网络舆论反转中的群体极化效应会产生负面社会影响,从网民行为意愿视角研究影响舆论反转中的群体极化效应对加强舆论引导具有重要的意义。[方法/过程]在反转信息曝光后,公众对事件真相的重新认识会引发行为和态度的改变。从社会比较频率、群体认同、选择性接触和群际情绪四个方面构建了网民群体行为意愿因素的概念模型,利用结构方程模型进行因素和路径拟合分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明社交媒体使用强度、社会比较倾向、自我不确定性对社会比较频率具有显著正向影响;社会比较倾向同时也对社交媒体使用强度有着正向影响;社交媒体使用强度、自我不确定性对行为意愿的影响不显著;社会比较频率、群体认同、选择性接触和群际情绪均对行为意愿显著正相关。
