帕金森病(PD)是中老年人常见的慢性神经系统变性疾病,患者不仅有严重的运动功能障碍,其认知功能障碍也很突出,并影响患者的生活质量,越来越受到人们的关注。现就PD患者认知功能障碍损害的机制,PD患者在视空间、执行功能、记忆、语言等认知方面损害的主要表现,PD相关认知功能障碍的诊断标准、评定量表和治疗等方面进行简要综述。
