全身振动训练对老年女性骨密度的影响

摘要
目的探讨全身振动训练对老年女性骨密度的影响,为预防老年人骨质疏松提供理论依据。方法年龄、身高、体重相匹配的试验组(n=26)和对照组(n=26)进行X射线骨密度测试,试验组进行24周(每周3次,20分钟/次,频率20-35Hz、振幅3 mm)全身振动训练。结果试验组大转子(提高9.1%,P=0.042)、Ward’s三角区(提高16.9%,P=0.030)和腰椎L2-4(提高7.6%,P=0.039)骨密度显著增大,而左股骨颈骨密度无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论全身振动训练改善了老年女性骨密度,建议作为预防老年人骨质疏松的一种非药物疗法。
