财富积累速度、制度环境感知与创业者进取心——基于分析师调研报告的实证研究

摘要：

随着财富的快速积累,创业者是小富即安还是富而思进?现有研究对于这一问题的回答莫衷一是。进取心是创业者保持创业激情的根源,本文将创业者进取心分为两类,基于认知评价理论观点,提出创业者个人财富积累速度会降低任务导向型和关系导向型进取心,同时财富积累速度快对两类进取心的作用还受到创业者财富期望满足程度和制度环境感知的影响。对广东省东莞市442家新创企业问卷调查数据的实证分析结果显示,创业者财富积累速度快会弱化创业者的任务导向型和关系导向型进取心,创业者的财富期望满足程度会强化财富积累速度与任务导向型进取心之间的负相关性,并且会弱化它与关系导向型进取心之间的负相关;与之相反,创业者的制度环境感知会弱化财富积累速度与任务导向型进取心之间的负相关性,并且会强化它与关系导向型进取心之间的负相关。上述研究结果不仅揭开了财富积累速度对创业者进取心的影响机理和两类进取心的变化机制,而且揭示了完善制度环境对于削弱经济转型进程中一夜暴富消极影响的重要意义。
