摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌疾病,以高雄激素和月经紊乱为特点,并能增加女性不孕、子宫内膜病变和心脏代谢疾病的风险。研究发现,PCOS的临床表现常在童年或青春期就已出现,可能受胎儿期以及产后早期活动的影响。该病发病机制复杂,对青少年的生活质量产生不利影响。对于青春期PCOS的治疗,重点是改变生活方式,改善痤疮、多毛,调整月经等对症治疗以及预防远期并发症。
