摘要：

近年来,领导对员工创新的影响得到了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文对相关研究成果进行了梳理,从领导者自身因素(特质、行为和新型领导理论)对员工创新的作用,领导通过影响员工创新特征(认知、能力、动机和自我概念)来作用于员工创新,以及不同层次领导对员工创新的影响三个方面进行了综述,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
